A person approves anything consequential. AI-native custom CRM A CRM shaped to how you actually sell and serve. AI drafts follow-ups, summarises accounts, flags stalled deals and suggests next steps. Custom builds and integrations The internal tools, portals and back-office workflows underneath, plus the integrations that join your systems so a fact is entered once.

Step 3Ongoing support

Optional. Both are monthly and cancellable with notice.

Advisory retainer A monthly allowance of senior hours for vendor and model evaluation, architecture review, pilot design and policy for staff use of AI. Care plan A monthly retainer after delivery: model and dependency updates, monitoring of agent behaviour and cost, a named contact and a fixed allowance of change hours.
